Normally, the minimum stay outside of peak periods is 3 nights. However, a stay of 2 nights may be possible at short notice.

Please note there is a deposit of £ 100 payable against damage to the property or contents. Monies can be paid by bank transfer (preferred), cheque or paypal. Please note that paypal payments may be subject to a surcharge of up to 5%. Discounts available if you wish to bring your own bedlinen and towels.

Your Accommodation

The self catering accommodation is privately owned by Chris and Helen Hudd. Please be considerate and look after the house for us. Please do not smoke or bring pets inside the house. Descriptions of facilities are as accurate as possible aided by the photographs.

Confirmation and Payment

The price quoted includes accommodation, heating and electricity. Evening and weekend phone calls to UK landlines are included as is wireless internet usage.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total accommodation charge is required to confirm your booking. The remaining monies, including the security deposit, are due no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival, payment in full is required.

Neighbours

Please respect our neighbours, most of whom are resident in the adjacent properties, and keep the noise levels reasonable especially after 10pm.

Check in / Check out

Your accommodation will be available from 16.00 hrs on your day of arrival. It will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival. Keys will be sent to you 2 weeks before your arrival. Check out of the accommodation on your day of departure by 10.00 hrs. Keys are normally returned by post using envelopes provided.

Security Deposit

A Security Deposit of £100 is required. A full inventory of the house has been taken prior to your arrival. Your Security Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of of the end of your stay, less any telephone charges incurred. Should any damage be incurred to either the property or the contents, or any additional service charges be incurred (e.g. for extra cleaning), these costs will be deducted from your Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not sufficient to cover the additional costs, you will be responsible for paying any additional monies required.

Cots

We have a travel cot available - please advise at time of booking.

Linen and Towels

Your accommodation will be prepared for your arrival with beds made and towels for use in the property provided. You will need to bring your own swimming/beach towels.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control such as war or threat of, riot, industrial disputes, civil strife, terorist action or threat of, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, unforeseen building or roadworks, unavoidable problems with transport, adverse weather conditions and all similar circumstances beyond our control amounting to Force Majeur.

Liabilities

We will manage your accommodation with reasonable skill and care. We do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, failure or deficiency of the accommodation arrangements if not caused by any fault of ours.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out comprehensive holiday insurance to cover in particular for instances such as holiday cancellation, medical bills, lost baggage etc.

Complaints

If you experience any problems with our house during your stay, please report them immediately to us.
